John Dreiser Lectures at “Workers’ Compensation Seminar”

John Dreiser was one of three presenters at the “Workers’ Compensation Update” sponsored by Lorman Education Services on Friday, June 17, 2011, in Knoxville, Tennessee.  The seminar provided attorneys, adjusters, case managers, and human resource personnel with valuable updates and information regarding workers’ compensation claims in Tennessee.

The attendees learned about the 2010 and 2011 legislative changes, recent case law, the Utilization Review program, practice before the Tennessee Department of Labor, as well as the interplay with Social Security and Medicare.  A very informative panel discussion provided insight into successfully prosecuting and defendant injury claims.  The seminar qualified for 6 hours of Continuing Legal Education in Tennessee.
